Carol Welch
Carol Welch is a senior program officer for the Global Development Policy and Advocacy (GDPA) program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Before moving to Seattle, Carol lived in Washington DC and worked for the United Nations’ Millennium Campaign and Friends of the Earth. Carol has a Bachelors in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She is also a board member of Global Washington.
